Avviso Seminario
Al termine della procedura di valutazione comparativa per un posto di ricercatore a tempo determinato di tipo B presso il Dipartimento di Informatica – Facoltà di Ingegneria dell’Informazione, Informatica e Statistica settore scientifico-disciplinare INF/01 – Settore concorsuale 01/B1, indetta con D.R. 3465 del 18.12.2014, è risultata vincitrice la dott.ssa Julinda STEFA.
Il giorno lunedì 16 novembre 2015, alle ore 10, in aula Seminari della sede di via Salaria 113, la dott.ssa Julinda STEFA effettuerà il seminario previsto dai regolamenti Sapienza.

Titolo: Mobile Systems: Cloud-Aided Solution, Security Issues, and System-level Countermeasures.
Sunto: Modern mobile devices have undoubtedly revolutionised the way we interact with technology. However, as any complex system, they come with limitations. The duration of the battery, too short to let us exploit our devices and our favourite apps to the fullest, is one of them. The threats to user data coming from the improper support that the mobile OS gives to new technology, is another. In this seminar I will describe my most recent work in the area that focuses in building cloud-aided mobile systems with the purpose to enhance the usability of our smartphones, and in discovering new attacks brought by the implementation of new technology in mobile systems.
