PAEON meets the press

Sapienza Computer Science Department has coordinated the European project PAEON whose goal is to develop computational models (Virtual Physiological Human) of the human menstrual cycle in order to support personalized medicine as well as simulation based drug safety and efficacy evaluation (in silico clinical trial). Within such a framework, PAEON multi-disciplinary team studied the interaction between sexual hormones and cognitive capabilities. Findings have been reported also on the Italian press: Repubblica.
