Marina Moscarini obtained her degree in Mathematics from the “Sapienza” University of Rome in 1973.
Subsequently she was a full-time researcher at IASI-CNR in Rome, up until 1989.
From 1989 to 1993 she was a Professor at the 2nd University of Rome, 'Tor Vergata'.
Her first appointment at the 'Sapienza' University of Rome was in 1993
