Biografia di Minelle, Federico

Degree in Electronic Physics at Rome University “La Sapienza” (Italy), 40 years experience in Management & ICT (Information & Communication Technology) consulting.

Previously he worked in Andersen Consulting (now ACCENTURE) as partner in charge for the Government business industry, then he became Managing Director of PRS Planning Ricerche e Studi, mainly focused on monitoring large ICT outsourcing contracts and e-government projects for Central and Local government.
He issued several papers on management control systems and project planning. He also authored 2 books on Engineering Industry business strategies and on Evaluation (cost/benefit) of ICT investments for Governmental Entities.

Senior contract professor of “Business Information Systems” and “Business Organization Economics” for the Computer Science Dept. at Rome University “La Sapienza”, where he also teached the same subjects at the Engineering Faculty.

He also teaches "Project management" and "Procurement management" for the Master in Governance&Audit of ICT delivered by the same Computer Science Dept.

At present editorial director of the Journal "Il Project Manager" published by Franco Angeli (Italy), where he writes papers and book reviews.
